If you have not received your ordered birth, marriage or death certificate within the time expected, please call toll-free at 1-866-949-9296.

Payment Methods

This site is available for use by the public and legal profession to obtain Manitoba Government approved and official certificates of birth, marriage or death issued by the government agency as an independent authorized agent.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or money order – Please make cheque or money order payable to “ExpressLegal”.

Information about fees can be found on the birth certificate, marriage certificate or death certificate service pages.

If no record of the birth is found by Manitoba Vital Statistics, fees will be applied to the search cost and will not be refunded.

Lost and Found

If your birth certificate or any other government-issued document is lost or stolen contact the issuing authority immediately so the document can be cancelled.
