If you have not received your ordered birth, marriage or death certificate within the time expected, please call 1-877-320-1253 within Prince Edward Island, 1-902-838-0880 outside Prince Edward Island.
Delivery Time & Payment Methods
This site is available for use by the public and legal profession to obtain Prince Edward Island Government approved and official certificates of birth, marriage or death issued by the government agency as an independent authorized agent.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or money order – Please make cheque or money order payable to “ExpressLegal”.

If no record of the birth is found by Prince Edward Island Vital Statistics, fees will be applied to the search cost and will not be refunded.
Lost and Found
If your birth certificate or any other government-issued document is lost or stolen contact the issuing authority immediately so the document can be cancelled.
